How does COVID-19 impact international students?

It is a very stressful situation across the world nowadays and not less to those, who are in Canada or on their way to Canada. Some positive changes have been made to the students program:

1. As IELTS exam is not available during the pandemic, a lot of institutes offer internal English Exam. In most of the cases it is Duolingo, which is much easier.

2. Although online education was never considered to be approved for the immigration purposes, Immigration Canada declared that now any long-distance education (up to 50% of total length of the education) is approved. Moreover, the student will be eligible to apply for the Post Graduate work permit.
