A licensed RCIC practice based at 10271 Yonge Street in Richmond Hill, serving clients in person across the Greater Toronto Area and remotely across Canada and worldwide.
LANA Immigration Consulting Services is led by Svetlana Demb, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC, CICC license #R530451). The office is on Yonge Street in central Richmond Hill, between Major Mackenzie Drive and Elgin Mills Road, with parking on site.
In-person consultations are available by appointment Monday through Friday. Walk-ins aren't typical for immigration work — every consultation starts with a confidential review of your situation, which we schedule in advance so we can prepare.
The Richmond Hill office is the natural anchor for clients living in the surrounding GTA. We regularly work with people based in:
The vast majority of our work involves federal programs (Express Entry, family sponsorship, work and study permits, citizenship), so geography is rarely a factor. Whether you can drop by the office or you're a 15-hour flight away, the case work is the same.
Most clients work with the practice from outside Canada while preparing their immigration applications. We routinely run cases entirely by video call, email, and secure document exchange — that's how immigration practice works for the majority of the year for most clients. We've handled cases for people in over 30 countries, and the process is the same whether you're in Toronto or Tashkent.
If you're already in Canada on a temporary status — work permit, study permit, or visitor — and live outside the GTA, we work with you the same way: by video call, with all documents handled securely online.
Every engagement starts with a paid initial consultation. We use it to understand your situation, identify the realistic immigration options for your profile, and explain what each pathway requires. You leave the consultation with a clear picture of where you stand — and you decide whether to continue with us.
If you choose to retain the firm, we send a written retainer agreement covering scope, fees, and timeline. Per CICC regulations, all client funds are held in a separate trust account until the work is performed.
